Company Policies

Drop Ins & Dog Walks

  1. Weekly walks & visits are not confirmed until payment for the week has been received. Payments shall be made by 5pm on Sunday unless payment is made by check or cash.

  2. Walks are to be canceled by 5pm the night before to receive a full credit. Walks canceled after 5pm the night before will incur a 50% cancellation fee due to the time block.

  3. There will be a $5 late booking fee for any walks, visits, or transportation services scheduled without 24 hour advance notice. (This does not apply to weekly services paid for by Sunday.)

  4. There will be a $5 weekend fee included in all weekend walks & visits.

Overnight Pet Sitting

  1. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due for all pet sitting services to confirm your booking & reserve your dates. Please note dates will not be closed off until deposit has been received.

  2. Remainder of payment is due on the date of the last visit.
